Everything was very clean, pleasant staff, perfect location short walk to city centrum, Sao Bento train station and the city center and the centre of Porto. Loved how the double room was arranged when we arrived. The early check-in process too. Thanks for the nice stay, nothing too much trouble.

Simple location, well-mannered staff, plentiful breakfast, very good wi-fi. I had a light bedroom and an excellent view of cathedral. The pool of the hotel was heated. Fashionable venue, 20 km from Francisco Sa Carneiro airport.

Excellent place, cosy room, very very helpful staff. There was an amazing restaurant, a supermarket and bookshop next door. Plus, we were 5 mins by foot from a lavishly designed historic book store...

we loved the hotel, its immaculate location and staff. happy that the staff recommended a cafe. furthermore, the area was downtown. easy check in and late check out.
